How do i make a simple video game for free?
Well it all depends whether you want to make a 2D or 3D game. For a 2D game, you should try Flash 8, preferably a trial if you don’t want to buy it (downloading it illgaly is an option, but i dont want to take responsibility but telling you to do it). For a 3D game, download a program called BLENDER, its completely free, full version! It’s popular too, well.. not as much as other software like 3ds max or maya. If you want a really good game, you’d have to buy a game engine such as: VICIOUS ENGINE I think deciding to make games in your free time isn’t enough to be able to… it will take 1-3 years before you can make a fully productive game, especially online! Don’t expect to open the program and start working with it right away… this is big, its not like a paint program. Unless you wanna do this for a living or something, it wouldn’t be as great to waste endless hours learning, although results are good.
