How do I make a printout of my layout so it fits on a specific number of pages in either the horizontal or vertical dimension and calculates the number of pages needed in the other dimension?
Open the cell of the layout you want to print. Go to File>Print Setup and choose the radio button, Pages, in the Scaling section. There are two fields for this option. The first represents the number of pages in the x-dimension and the second represents the number of pages in the y-dimension. In any of the fields, enter a large arbitrary number, for example, 50. In the field that represents the dimension that you want to limit the number of pages, enter that number, for example, 1. This will automatically calculate the number of pages needed to fit the layout in the other dimension.
