Schecter Guitars come in a multitude of sizes, shapes, colors and finishes. Just about every detail on a guitar, especially the ones from Schecter’s custom shop, can be customized. The individual parts are available for order, and adding on high-end accessories can make for a very unique tone and look. It is advisable to go to a local guitar store and look at Schecter guitars and equipment to get an idea of what options are most desirable to you. Order the preferred Schecter body piece from the Schecter custom shop (see: reference). Order any other components desired from the custom shop, then compile the other components from stores and online music shops. Lay out all the components for the guitar. Flip the Schecter body piece so that the back is facing up. Lay the neck piece over top of the body piece at the top joint where the holes for the neck are.
