How do I make a complaint about a potential deed violation?
All homeowners in Clairborne have the right to make a formal complaint if they witness architectural changes to a property that they feel are in violation of the deed restrictions or the standards of Clairborne. Any homeowner complaints regarding unacceptable architectural improvements must first be directed to the CMC. Complaints can remain anonymous is so desired. The CMC will contact the ACC (without revealing the source) and the ACC will decide by majority vote if the complaint is warranted. If the complaint is a violation of the deed restrictions or the standards developed by the committee then the ACC will pursue enforcement. The ACC will inform the CMC of the decision reached by the committee and the CMC will subsequently notify the homeowner who first identified the violation.
