How do I make a claim for medical services received in Quebec or outside Canada?
You need to complete an Out of Country Claim Form, available from this web site, through the Forms-by-Fax service, by visiting a Service BC Centre in your area, or by contacting MSP. Submit the completed form and supporting documentation to MSP. See Medical Care Outside B.C. for details of what services are eligible for reimbursement.
