To make a claim for a missed Promised Delivery date simply contact our Customer Care department using the EMAIL FORM HERE (no phone calls – we need time to research the order history). Be sure to select the ‘Missed Shipping Promise Date’ reason from the drop down box. We will need to know your name and order number.
