Log in to your account and go to ‘Service Requests’ > ’Request CHAPS transfer’ For a CHAPS transfer to be made on the same day, you must request the transfer on or before 11:45am UK local time on a working day. Requests made after 11:45am UK local time or on a weekend or bank holiday will be made on the next working day. Please note we do not accept future dated transfers. There is a £20 charge for CHAPS transfers.
