There must be a good reason for a request in change. back to top • Why should I keep a copy of any MS or MEd degree plan change forms (if appropriate)? When you apply for graduation, the Toulouse Graduate School will ask to see a copy of your degree plan as well as a copy of any Degree Plan Change Forms that have been completed and submitted in your name. The Toulouse Graduate School will upload your transcript and compare it to your filed degree plan and any Change in Degree Plan forms that have been filed for you. These must “match up” completely with your filed degree plan in order for you to graduate.
