Making a banner doesn’t require a high-end graphics program. Photoshop is nice, but PowerPoint and even Windows Paint can be used to create these banners. Simply find or create an image that is Tolkien-related, include the necessary elements (see below), and make certain it’s the right size. Then you’re ready to submit it.
