As I have looked back I credit my success to these 5 things that I learned along the way. So here are all 5 of my weight loss secrets step by step. This step is more common sense than an actual weight loss secret. But we have to start here! Secret 1: change your diet! What I did was simple. I set my mind to it and followed it strictly. I completely abstained from: – deep fried foods – drinks with sugar – candies and sweets – any cakes, pies, or desserts I consumed: – lots of meat – lots of protein – meat snacks in place of chips or sweets Beyond the necessary diet changes, I did find a couple of secret “power foods”.
