How do i loose weight without exercising?
It’s never easy to lose weight if you don’t exercise as exercise burns calories and you need to burn more than what you usually burn to lose weight. 🙂 Having said that, if you hate exercising like I do, then try any of these: 1. Incorporate exercise in your daily life: you may want to park your car a little further then briskwalk to class or office, or you may want take the stairs instead of the lift everyday. A friend told me that switching to Wii nunchucks got him running a bit more so it’s really what you fancy that does it. Dance. Cycle. It’s up to you. 2. Go soupy: My brother swears that he lost 5kg by taking rice noodles in broth every night for 3 months in replace of rice. Salads are ok, again, it’s really up to you. Easy on the dressing though. 3. Keep track and write what you eat. For some reason, a conscious decision to eat means eating less and healthy. I still don’t know how it works but it does. Hope this is ok.
