Well, you should care if it is unhealthy and if you don’t now, you will in a few years when you have some horrible degenerative disease or worse- because not caring WILL make you sick. Now, if you really want to lose 10 pounds in a week, don’t be stupid about it, do it in a way that is good for your body. Often we carry at least 5 pounds around just in toxins. Drink plenty of water and juice. Eat fat-burning foods (celery, for instance, uses more calories than you gain by eating it). Exercise (cardio). Burn more calories than you eat each day. Keep your energy up eating plenty of fruits and veggies. Never say you don’t care about abusing your body. Too many people wish they could go back in time before they became unhealthy and change their lifestyles. Good luck.
