How do I look up order status, order history, mill certs, invoices, BOLs & UPS orders?
A. First, you will need a user name and password for our Yarde Trax, our online order information gathering and tracking system. Please call 800-444-9494 and ask for a Sales Support Specialist If you have a user name and password, login to Yarde Trax and click on the Yarde Trax/check order status icon. You will be asked to enter a specific purchase order or simply click all to bring up a list of your most recent orders. Click on links to view order status, mill certs, invoices, BOL’s and UPS tracking information. Once the document is viewable in Acrobat Reader you can print it directly from your computer.
