You will login to SSB the same way you have always logged in to SSB. The difference is that once you are logged in, you will be prompted to change your PIN to the new alphanumeric format and 8-15 character length requirement. After you have changed your PIN to the new Banner 8 format, you will be prompted to select and answer two security questions.
