If you have an account, go to: http://myhero.ucsf.edu where you should see a Patient Login box. Type your User Name and Password in the appropriate fields and click the Login button. Once you are logged in you will go directly to the home page. If you do not see the ‘Patient Login’ box, click ‘Login’ in the upper right hand corner. If you do not have an account, click the ‘Register’ link in the upper right hand corner.
