How do I log on as a ConverseLiveTM operator for the first time?
After your administrator has completed the registration process, ConverseLiveTM will send a confirmation email with all information required to the administrator to get started. The administrator will setup your account and inform you the URL where you need to login with your username and password. Once the generated HTML code is embedded in the web pages requiring support, you are ready to receive and answer incoming requests!
