Use the following to determine your UserID/login and your password. Initially, your UserID/login and password are identical. Once you have logged in, you may change your password by following the instructions provided. Individual Members UserID/login and password: In ALL CAPITALS, enter the first letter of your first name + first 5 letters of last name + first 3 digits of your zip code. *Please note that your password will consist of the first 3 digits of the FIRST zip code we had on file for you, so it may not be your current zip code. Member login example: First Name: John Last Name: Smith Zip: 22030 UserID/login: JSMITH220 Password: JSMITH220 Companies: UserID/login and password: In ALL CAPITALS, enter the first 8 letters of company name with no spaces and no periods + first 3 characters of zip code.
