Once a student registers for an online course, a Welcome Letter is mailed to them from the Online Learning Help Desk containing information needed to log in to Angel and access course information. If this information has not been received by the first day of class or you have problems accessing your courses, contact the Online Learning Help Desk at (217) 875-7211, ext. 376, or e-mail ochelp@richland.edu .
