How do I log in to my account(s) online through the CU@Home Internet Branch?
There’s no sign up needed! All you need is your account number and Call-24 pin number to access: On the login screen: User ID = 6-digit account number (this will never change) Password = 4-digit, Call-24 pin number (used to access the automated phone system). *After your first successful log in you will be prompted to change your password for security reasons. If you are unsure of your Call-24 pin number please contact the Contact Center or Member Services to have one set up.
