Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Case 2007-012 amends FAR subpart 5.301(a)(2) (effective May 16, 2011) to require that contracting officers post their justifications on FBO whenever they make a delivery/task order award under a multiple-award IDV (including Federal Supply Schedules, GWACs, and multiple award IDIQ contracts) and do not provide for fair opportunity.
