You can’t. Yahoo rolls out the new version of the home page for testing by certain subsets of users. Even then, the newer version may appear inconsistently. The front page has gone through several stages of design so far. When Yahoo gets to a final stage of design tweaking, then more users will see automatically see a new front page.
