how do I load mp3 sound clips as ringtones on my Motorola KRZER cell phone?
Most of my family have Motorola phones, so I invested in Motorola’s Mobile Phone Tools software, which comes with a data cable (USB). It allows you to transfer things back and forth between your computer and the phone, including ring tones that you can customize on your own PC (as long as you can edit sound files and then produce MP3s that are of an appropriate lenghth), as well as transfer photos, back up your phone’s contact list, etc. I’ll attach an Amazon.com widget to a version that claims to work with the KRZR (n “e”) and is a good deal. Or you can buy it for much more from Motorola….no…I didn’t think so! You can also do some searching for “Mobile Phone Tools KRZR” and you should find plenty of sources out there.
