How do I load funds onto my CashX Prepaid card?
To load funds onto your CashX Prepaid card, select “CashX Prepaid Card” from the dropdown list under the “Withdraw” tab on the menu. From there, enter the amount you would like to load onto your CashX Prepaid card and proceed. You will be asked to enter your Transaction PIN and submit your withdrawal request. Once this is done, your funds will be loaded onto your CashX Prepaid card within 24 hours of your request.
