How do I list CDM or complex care patients with unbilled incentive fees?
In version 9.12 of Practice Manager, we have an easy way to list patients that have not been billed for Chronic Disease or Complex Care incentives. You can do the same for patients eligible for complex care billing incentives. These features of Practice Manager can save you time, effort and money. Some clinics have saved enough to more than cover the costs of implementing an EMR system in their office. To generate a list of patients who are fully billed or not fully billed follow these steps: • From the main menu, select Patients, Complex Care/Chronic Disease to display the Complex Care/Chronic Disease Patient screen. • Select Patient List with Billing Incentive Information as the Report Type. • Select the Report Category you wish to produce by selecting Complex Care, Chronic Disease or Both.
