How do I limit the number of messages/threads in the message listing?

You can set limits on the number of messages, threads, and/or maximum size of all messages in your main index in the Owner Login -> Archive & Message Limits. When the total number of messages, threads, etc. reaches one of these limits, one or more threads are moved into the first archive.
