The FOUNDATION fieldbus license is available at time of purchase by specifying protocol option code F (HART and FOUNDATION fieldbus). It is also possible to add the FOUNDATION fieldbus license using the Online Licensing process. Transferring FOUNDATION fieldbus applications and new DDs from the Programming Utility to a 375 Field Communicator requires the communicator to be licensed for Easy Upgrade.
