How do I learn the status of my eFilings?
After the clerk confirms your filing, you will receive an email containing a link to the electronic file stamped document in PDF format. This email will show that your filing has a status of Confirmed (Accepted) or has a status of Alert (rejected). You could receive that email within minutes of eFiling, or it could run to a few hours, depending on how quickly the Clerk’s office is able to process your eFiling. If you do not receive the email, you can also login to our system and view the status of your eFiled document(s).
