How do I learn more about experiencing or becoming a raw foodist?

Here are some of our favorites (in no particular order): I Am Grateful: Recipes and Lifestyle of Cafe Gratitude by Terces Engelhart and Orchid. This ‘cook’book is name after a chain of restaurants owned by the authors. Located in the Bay Area of Northern California (San Francisco, San Rafael), they are one of the restaurants that we rate as the Top Two (with the next ones considerably lower on our rating scale) in four states that we’ve travelled through.
