NACCRRA staff provides free administrative training and ongoing free technical support for the Training Solution. NACCRRA staff provides a free orientation and first-time user training for all facilitators and users of the Meeting Solution. Ongoing technical support for facilitators and users is free. Facilitators require additional training before hosting trainings or meetings via the Meeting Solution. NACCRRAs e-Learning staff trains facilitators to ensure that they will be able to use the system in sessions that typically last three hours. The sessions can include up to five facilitators for a cost of $300.
