You need to double click the AccuWeather.com Desktop folder once installed to launch the application. A temperature icon should appear in your systems tray next to your clock. It could be that you have downloaded the Windows Installer, but that you have not completed the download for AccuWeather.com Desktop application. You may go to the Start menu, click on Settings then click on Control Panel and then click on Add/Remove Programs. Then search to see if AccuWeather.com Desktop is on the list of currently installed programs. If it is listed then you have properly installed the application. If not, then you need to go to the download page and download AccuWeather.com Desktop.
