How do I know which medications are considered preventive (not subject to deductible or coinsurance?)

I am unclear about how preventive and wellness benefits work. How many services can I receive for one copay, and what is subject to the coinsurance and deductible?
Do I have to pay a copay, deductible or coinsurance when obtaining a UMatter Preventive Care service?
Can my prescription drug copayments be used to satisfy my calendar year deductible or coinsurance?
