How do I know which error has occured?
When the client application (the pop up window with the grey background) encounters an error, it will remain open, and a message will be displayed in a box in the centre of the window. Example: In the example, the heading of the error is “No Remote Detected.” Informative text is displayed in the text, recommending a course of action. You should always try this first. If the recommended course of action does not succeed, you whould use the troubleshooter, which will suggest more options.
