How do I know which application form (OUAC 101 or 105D) to use in order to apply?
If you are currently attending a full-time day school program at an Ontario secondary school, you should apply using a 101 application form. For ANYONE else, use the 105D application form (this includes any Ontario secondary school graduates who have sat out one academic year or more to work or travel).
