1) We do not want to make assumptions about what a student knows or doesn’t know, so we recommend that the parent start each student, regardless of age (up to 12 years old), at the first test in Book 1, with the introduction: “This should be really easy for you and will take you just one minute to do. Let’s have some fun and see if you can get them all right.” The tests are inline activities in the books. For example, Test #1 begins on p.28 (Activity 1-56) in Book 1.
