How do I know when a customers two-year AOLP contract term will expire?
The customers two-year AOLP contract begins on their first day of enrollment in AOLP. The first six digits of their Licensing Certificate Number (LCN) indicate their first date of enrollment. Example: If their LCN is 020422100573892A, they entered the program on April 22, 2002, and they are in Level A of the program (as indicated by the last character in the LCN). The last day of their contract would be April 21, 2004.
