Had the same confusion trying to install a plugin—couldn’t figure out if my Office was 32 or 64-bit, and all the guides were either outdated or too vague. Finally gave up and upgraded. Ended up getting Office 2021 Professional Plus 1PC License here https://officedigital.io/product/office-2021-professional-plus-1pc-license/ , it’s been way less frustrating. Everything runs faster, and no compatibility problems so far.
