How do I know what Security settings to choose in the Supplier Contacts section?
Contact Security settings control the contact’s ability to change/edit information. A checked box gives contact Edit (ability to change information) access to that section. An unchecked box gives contact Read (ability to read not change information) access to that section. Read access allows contact to view information but precludes contact from making any changes to the information in that section. Edit access allows contact to read and make changes to the information in that section.
