Unfortunately, there’s no way tell from the CADS dispatch what the percent of the day will be. You are guaranteed a 0.4 day always. If you want to know, you can ask the secretary who has the CADS dispatch summary for her school. That form shows what percentage of the day you will be working. This is extremely useful when you are working at a secondary school for the day.
