How do I know total sales and drink consumption of my bar using Bar Inventory Manager Scale?

The summary of total sales (based on Premium and Standard drinks) and consumption can be viewed and printed by pressing the Summary Display key. Drink consumption reports (with revenue reports) can also be printed in the thermal printer by pressing Print key then Vodka (3) key on the Bar Inventory Manager Scale.
