How do I know the condition of the Preloved items?
Clothing Condition Assurance Policy We pride ourselves on only accepting clothes in excellent condition to pass on to other members in the community, so please don’t send in anything that you wouldn’t have your friends children wear or your own for that matter! Our stringent clothing condition assurance process is followed for EVERY item received. This ensures you will only ever receive items that at worst, show the slightest wear with no rips, stains, pilling, tears or missing buttons. To protect our members, all clothing accepted must be washed, folded neatly and in excellent & wearable condition. We do not accept items that have the following: • Dirty • Pilling • Tears • Stains • Faded • Missing buttons • Stretched or out of shape • Broken zips • Velcro, studs, laces not in good working order • Where you can’t read the items brand & size tag • Only sizes between size 0000 and size 5 inclusive will be accepted at this stage • Items with offensive symbols, slogans or pictures will not
