How do I know that the video files are secure? Do I need to install additional software to view the tutorials?
All the video files that are downloaded from our website are protected by a 100% secure firewall. Our web server is hosted by Quandra Hosting, an established Australian enterprise that prides itself on the technology used and more importantly, the security of data. Video files are based on reputable infrastructure – all our tutorials can be downloaded and viewed by using the Adobe Flash Player. This component is a standard add-in for most internet browsers and you therefore do not need to download any additional software components in order to view our tutorials. If you experience any difficulty in viewing the tutorial videos, we recommend that you install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.
