The service provider should identify himself as an E.R.S. Canada vendor as soon as he gets to the scene. If the service provider does not identify himself as our vendor, please ask the vendor to confirm he has been sent by E.R.S. Canada. If the service provider confirms that we have sent him, allow him to repair your vehicle. If the service provider does not confirm that he has been sent by E.R.S. Canada, do not allow him to work on your vehicle and call our Contact Centre to report the problem.
