How do I know that a Dabra sender is who they say they are?
Dabra may be used by anyone to exchange secure email with anyone they know. Each Dabra message includes a manifest which indicates the authenticated sender’s email address, the authenticated recipients’ email address(es), a list of the attachments, and the timestamp of the transmission. If you do not recognize, or otherwise trust the identity of a Dabra sender, then you should treat their email with the same caution you would if the email had been sent to you unencrypted.
