How do I know TeenSafer is working properly?
First, you will recieve a text message and an email that notifies you that the software has been installed. Then each time your teen is driving, you should receive a text and email that says he or she has started driving and also recieve a text and email when she or he has stopped driving. Since we cannot detect if the application is deleted or if your teen has disabled the Bluetooth® pairing in any way, you will notice a lack of start/stop notifications at which time you can discuss the situation with your teen. Also, in the event that your child dials 9-1-1 for emergency services, you will also be notified by text and email.
