How do I know my tax documents aren lying around on a fax server at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for anyone to view?

• Our fax server is connected directly to the REVA processors’ computers and only we have access for retrieval. • Our REVA email goes to a mailbox that only we have access to also. There are 3 processors in the REVA department and we alternate the mail on a daily basis. It is then distributed evenly among the 3 of us for processing.
