How do I know my Niton XL3t is working properly?
• Perform a detector calibration regularly, verifying that the analyzer is functioning properly in accordance with the instructions found in the User Guide. • Verify performance by measuring the supplied calibration check samples/standards. Results should be within 20% of the provided values, and are usually within 10%. Don’t forget to include the confidence intervals for both values.
