How do I know my deposit and credits are secure and will be honoured?
When you become our tenant/buyer, we complete an Option to Purchase Agreement with you. This is a legal document, and providing you have fulfilled your obligation by making your payments on time and abiding by the agreement, we are obligated to also honour the agreement and give you the opportunity to exercise the option. The complete terms of the lease agreement will be disclosed in the Option to Purchase document, which can be reviewed by your lawyer at your discretion.
