How do I know I’ve fulfilled all the necessary requirements to complete the Certificate?
With your coach, use the Certificate Completion Form (hyperlink to download doc on webpage or saved here Certificate Completion Form.pdf as a guide. Once your form is complete and signed by both you and your coach, please submit the form to the Illinois Leadership Center by the indicated deadline. This will ensure that you can participate in the next Certificate Completion Ceremony. Please also email Leslie (LeslieMS@illinois.edu) at least one semester before you plan on completing the Certificate Program to ensure you are included.
