How do I know if the PhotoKit Sharpener Plug-in is correctly installed?

0

If correctly installed in Photoshop 6 or 7, PhotoKit Sharpener will be visible in the File>Automate menu. PhotoKit Sharpener cannot operate without a 24 bit RGB image open, it will be grayed out. If PhotoKit Sharpener is not visible, then it is not correctly installed. PhotoKit Sharpener should by default, be installed in the Photoshop>Plug-ins>Photoshop Only>Automate folder. PhotoKit Sharpener will work if placed in any folder, but for the sake of organization, it should be in the Automate Folder. Another way to check and make sure PhotoKit Sharpener is properly installed is to go to the Photoshop>About Plug-ins and check to make sure it shows up. Note; this is also where your registered serial number can be found.
