You will need to check with the court that is permitting you to take the driver improvement course to verify that they will accept an on-line course. Courts usually have a list of driver improvement courses and companies they accept. Approved on-line courses may also be provided on that list. If Virginia Driver Improvement On-Line is not on that list, please call us toll free at 1-866-501-0040 Mondays through Fridays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and we will be able to verify if we are approved by your court. Additionally, you may attempt to contact the clerk of the court for an answer.
